Trak-Star offers rail drills, with gas, electric and hydraulic power feed options. Some models can produce holes in less than 20 seconds. Twister Bits are annular cutters used in junction with the rail drills, which are specifically designed for drilling holes in the rail. They drill holes faster, cleaner, and with dramatically less heat. Sizes are available up to 1-11/16” in two different coating options. Trak-Star also offers the gas or hydraulic powered rail saws for cutting rail.

Besides powered equipment, Trak-Star sells many accessories to make crews more productive including: sockets, carbide chucks, storage boxes, templates, coolant and more.
